Reflexology in Warrington
Reflexology is a gentle, relaxing treatment based on the idea that points on the feet correspond to different areas of the body. Pressure is applied to these points using the hands, helping you switch off and giving your body a genuine chance to rest.
Many clients find reflexology deeply calming, often falling into a state somewhere between awake and asleep during a session. It is a lovely, nurturing treatment in its own right, whether you are looking to de-stress, unwind, or simply enjoy some dedicated time for yourself.
This treatment is usually applied to the feet, which have a high concentration of nerve endings, though it can also be applied to the hands if preferred. Every treatment is tailored to you.
