You can reschedule your own appointment online at any time, as long as it is at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you need to change with less notice just get in touch directly and Ema will always do her best to help.

Log in to your account
Go to warringtonpainclinic.co.uk and click Account in the top right corner of the page. You can log in with your email and password, or use Google or a Passkey if you set one up.
Go to My Bookings
Once logged in, click Account in the top right corner again and select My Bookings from the dropdown menu. This will take you to your appointments page where you can see all your upcoming and past bookings.
Find your appointment
Your upcoming appointments are listed by date. Find the appointment you want to change. You will see the date, time, treatment name and its current status shown as Approved in green.
Click the three dots menu
On the right hand side of your appointment you will see a three dots icon (⋮). Click this to open the options menu. You will see four options: Reschedule, Preview Invoice, Download Invoice and Cancel.
Click Reschedule
Click Reschedule at the top of the menu. A calendar will pop up showing you all available dates and times. Dates shown in blue with a border are available. Grey dates are fully booked or closed.
Choose your new date and time
Click on a date to see the available time slots for that day. Scroll down below the calendar to see the times shown as buttons. Click your preferred time to select it, then confirm your choice.
