A PDF invoice is sent to your email automatically as soon as your booking is confirmed. If you ever need to find it again, you can download a fresh copy from your account any time using the steps below.

Log in to your account
Go to warringtonpainclinic.co.uk and click Account in the top right corner of the page. You can log in with your email and password, or use Google or a Passkey if you set one up.
Go to My Bookings
Once logged in, click Account in the top right corner again and select My Bookings from the dropdown menu. This will take you to your appointments page where you can see all your upcoming and past bookings.
Find your appointment
Find the appointment you would like an invoice for in your list of bookings. Past appointments as well as upcoming ones will show here, so you can go back to any previous visit.
Click the three dots menu
On the right hand side of your appointment you will see a three dots icon (⋮). Click this to open the options menu. You will see four options: Reschedule, Preview Invoice, Download Invoice and Cancel.
Download or preview your invoice
Click Preview Invoice to view it in your browser first, or click Download Invoice to save the PDF straight to your device. It is ready to print or forward to your insurer if needed.
